Wellbeing Retreat Day at Anahata Yoga Centre, Southend-on-Sea

Sunday 13th October, 10:00am-4:30pm, £80 per person

Join Dawn and Daniel for a day of self-care and restoration at our beautiful wellbeing studio in Leigh on Sea.

So much of our time is spent doing, planning, rushing, thinking, managing and juggling. How often do we give ourselves the opportunity to pause, to acknowledge where we are?
To be truly in this moment?

Our day retreat will be focused on giving you time to do just that:

* Soothing “mindful flow” sequences
* Deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra
* Compassion led mindfulness practices
* Opportunities for deep rest through restorative yoga
* An opportunity to expand your knowledge of Yoga and Mindfulness and how these practices can be interweaved into our busy lives

Further nourishment will be provided by a light vegetarian lunch and refreshments which we will share together giving you an opportunity to meet like-minded people.

About Your Hosts

Dawn Lister is a yoga and mindfulness teacher with 27 years experience, owner of the Dawn Lister Therapy Centre, blogger, retreat leader, therapist, founder of Anahata Yoga Studio and continual student of life.

Daniel Groom – Founder of Anahata Yoga Studio – has been practising yoga and meditation for almost two decades and is an experienced, sensitive teacher. He is also a yoga therapist, having trained and now subsequently supervising students with the highly regarded London school, Yoga Campus. Daniel’s approach is friendly and inclusive, and completely suitable for those of all levels of yoga experience, from complete beginners to guests with an established practice.
