What Happens During this Half Day Retreat?
Join Dawn, Rachael and Daniel online for an afternoon of self-care and restoration. Our afternoon will include Yoga Asanas, Pranayama breath work, mindfulness, deep relaxation, and a deeply healing gong bath.
So much of our time is spent doing, planning, rushing, thinking, managing and juggling. How often do we give ourselves the opportunity to pause, to acknowledge where we are?
To be truly in this moment?
Our half day day retreat will be focused on giving you time to do just that:
- Soothing “mindful flow” sequences
- Deep relaxation with Yogic Breathing techniques
- Compassion led mindfulness practices
- Opportunities for profound rest through a Gong Bath
Who Benefits from this Half Day Retreat?
Anyone wanting an opportunity to retreat with a focus on self care and restoration.
Gong Bath is not suitable for those who are pregnant or those with pace makers. Should you have any metal pins in your body please do let us know before booking.
