An informal gathering for women to learn about their hormonal health and how best to support it. It will be a one-and-a-half-two hour chat, with the floor being open to all women to ask questions, talk about what challenges they are facing and sharing like experiences. There will be tea and cake.

About the Teacher
Chelsea Green is a registered homeopath, certified hormone specialist and women’s health coach. After studying homeopathy and running a general clinic for a number of years, Chelsea saw an increasing need to support women who were struggling with hormone imbalance. Off the back of this, Chelsea studied to become a hormone specialist through the Institute of Transformational Nutrition and deepened this knowledge by become a certified women’s health coach through the Integrative Women’s Health Institute. Through this study Chelsea has become an expert on nutrition, lifestyle, psychology and spirituality to help create hormonal balance. Chelsea now uses this learning alongside homeopathic remedies to help women bring balance and vitality back into their lives. Chelsea is also trained in Homeobotanicals and Australian Bush Flower Essences.
