We are continuing to offer In Studio and Online Hybrid classes.

Please book in to the relevant class in the timetable below.

Studio classes:
Currently are running, we have chosen to continue with reduced participant numbers and full cleaning after each session.

All in person classes will take place at DLTC 1-5 Church Hill, Leigh-on-Sea, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS9 2DE.

Online Live studio bookings:
Are via Zoom. Once you have booked you will receive an email roughly 15 mins before the class with the access link and codes.

Online Live Studio Class Recordings:
All online classes are recorded and you can receive the recording simply by booking online for these classes. If you don’t attend live we automatically send you the recording.  You will have 3 days to use the recording at your leisure.
