We discussed Diabetes, the differences between Type 1 and 2, and how Yoga and Yoga Therapy can be supportive practices to help individuals manage the wide range of symptoms and effects of being diagnosed and managing their health. Evan shared with us her very personal journey and we also talked about queer festivals and her love for swimming and fly fishing.
