A Workshop exploring Profound Presence and Deep Rest

Over the course of two and a half hours you are invited to partake in the practices of yoga asana, breath work, meditation, mantra and yoga nidra as tools to help you explore and support the inner landscape of your mind, body and energetic system. We will tap into the resources and gifts that the spiritual practice of yoga offers us.
Using the mantra Om Mani Padme Hum, literally translated as “Praise to the jewel in the lotus.” We will delve deeper into the benefits of having spiritual practice in our secular lives.
This ancient practice was designed to help support our nervous systems, develop a sense of inner equilibrium, and help keep our body agile and strong. And to fill our hearts with the wisdom and compassion of the yogic teachings of presence, surrender, and insight.
Led by Dawn.
There will be a break for a light snack, time for conversation with like minded retreat attendees.
Then settle down for a deep transformative rest in the form of an hour and a quarters sound bath.

The session closes with a group meditation and time for reflections. Led by Dawn.
Time 12pm – 2.30pm
