Pregnancy Yoga Course 

Yoga for pregnancy and birth – 4 week course.

The heart of any yoga practice is the awareness of the link between breath, mind and body. This is even more noticeable during the special life stage of pregnancy as each nurturing breath connects to a new developing being. Our WellWoman specialist, Samantha draws on her own experience of 6 pregnancies to offer you a dedicated pregnancy and birth prep yoga course. Sessions include a range of adapted, comfortable postures to build strength and stability physically and mentally, along with yogic pelvic floor exercises to promote tone and flexibility. Breathing techniques also induce calm during pregnancy,birth and post-nataly and classes culminate in deep relaxation and healing practices.
