20th March, 15th May, 12th June, 3rd July, 18th September, 9th October, 13th November, 4th December, 7:30pm-9:00pm, £20 per person

Rachel invites you to relax, unwind and enjoy the deep and reverberating sounds of crystal singing bowls, planetary sound healing pipes and a magnificent Gong.

What Happens During the Gong Bath?

With her gentle and harmonious style of playing, Rachael Edgley of Vibrational Therapies, will melt away your stresses and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul.

Clearing your mind of mental chatter, you will be taken from an active ‘Beta’ state of mind – to a calm ‘Theta’, the perfect meditative state for relaxation.

Allow yourself to feel supported and bathed in a sea of sounds and vibrations.  Starting slowly, letting your breath find its own natural rhythm – you will first be soothed with the sounds of 11 planetary healing pipes aimed at encouraging clear thoughts, inner harmony, forward movement and inspiration.

Transitioning onto 7 crystal singing bowls, the bowls will work to rebalance all of your energy systems through oscillation and resonance. As the sound amplifies further, the studio will be filled with the reverberating sound of the Gong. The sensations are felt so deeply within every cell of your body that reaches the parts where you need restoring the most. The Gong will help you to journey to the unknown, release any unwanted emotions safely which will then promote radiance and awareness from within.

Finally, from the last strike of the Gong to complete silence and stillness – adjusting the energies, allowing them to settle, enabling you to bring your awareness back feeling nourished and rejuvenated.

Why Come to the Gong Bath?

This event is suitable for anyone wishing to destress and release tension and wanting to aid spiritual and personal growth.

Not only will this sound journey work upon your emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, it will also improve your physical body – allowing it to relax and recover faster after a stressful situation. When we ‘create’ sound, it can have a profound emotional effect on our body and mind and when sound is processed and felt deep within, positive chemical messengers (feel good hormones) are released enabling us to ‘feel good’.

A sound and gong bath will boost your immune system, nourish and oxygenate your cells and vital organs – whilst allowing for detoxification to take place. Sound has a direct impact on the mental processes, muscles, nervous system, digestive system and circulatory system. This session really will restore you and bring you back to balance and harmony.

Please note this event is not suitable for the following:

  • Anyone with a Heart Pacemaker
  • Pregnant people
  • Consideration will be given to anyone with metal pins/joint replacements
