Mindfulness Monthly Circle

 

Join Dawn for our monthly mindfulness session. An opportunity to drop in to your practise with the support of an experienced teacher. The monthly session is an opportunity to develop a stable mindfulness practise, and an understanding of what makes mindfulness a simple and manageable discipline we can easily make part of daily routine.

The session is suitable for complete beginners and regular practitioners. All are welcome to attend this compassion based led meditation session.

There is an opportunity to ask questions, learn new practises which will enhance your experience as a mindful meditator and a human being.

This monthly session works well as a stand alone to help encourage you to continue your practise or as an introduction into the mindfulness courses which run at other times on our timetable.
