Meditation and Relaxation 4 Week Course
4 Week Meditation and Relaxation Course with Dawn Lister
January 11th – February 1st 7.45-9.30 pm.
Anyone who wishes support to help manage stress, anxiety, burn out, low level depression, feelings of isolation and overwhelm.
The practises offered will help us to be gentle with ourselves whilst building resources which enable us to stay in the present and take care of our physical, emotional and mental health. The course includes short and long form meditations.
Relaxation techniques and simple moving practises. Suitable for complete beginners and those wishing to refresh their skills.
ABOUT THE TEACHER
Dawn Lister (she/her)
Dawn Lister (she/her) is a Cranial Sacral Therapist, Massage Therapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Hatha Yoga Teacher, Pregnancy Yoga Teacher, and Mindfulness teacher, retreat leader and mother of three.
She is passionate about connection, empowerment, community and education. Dawn is a complimentary health practitioner of 28 years and knows the learning never ends.
