4 Week Beginner Yoga Course
Our 4-week Beginners Yoga course introduces new starters and those wishing to connect afresh to their yoga practice. This course covers many of the popular yoga postures and safe alignment and explains the benefits they bring. You will learn easy to understand breath, relaxation and meditation techniques with the opportunity to ask lots of questions.
Daniel also explains the meaning of various yoga terms and will go into basic history and philosophy. You will finish up by being introduced to the various forms of yoga that we offer at Anahata Yoga Centre. In discussion with Daniel, this will help you choose which classes to try after the 4-Week course comes to an end.
Please note this course requires you to be able to get up and down from the floor unaided. Daniel is an experienced Yoga Therapist/Teacher is is able to provide modifications for many conditions and illnesses.
