The evenings are drawing in and the schools are back, which means one thing: autumn! We’ve put together a new autumn timetable, with a variety Pilates and yoga classes for different levels and needs. Each class is £12, bookable online or via the MindBody app. Here are a few of the classes we’re especially excited about:

Pilates Basics with Dawn on Thursdays

Ever felt confused about Pilates? Wondered how and when to breathe? Wondered what does it mean to engage your core? What is the neutral pelvis? If you’ve never done Pilates before, if you want to develop your understanding of Pilates and how it differs from yoga then this is the class for you.  Join Dawn every Thursday, 7:15-8:15pm, for slow, mindful instructions, easy-to-learn exercises and lots of fun! 

All Levels Mobilise, Strengthen & Relax Yoga with Sam on Fridays

Sam’s gentle yoga class can be undertaken on a chair, mat or standing up. It’s wheelchair accessible and there is absolutely no need to be fit or flexible! Come along 11am to midday, every Friday.

Strength & Soul Yoga with Terri on Mondays

Terri’s Strength & Soul class is taught in a warmed studio. It uses intelligent sequencing of pranayama and asana, building strength and flexibility, reducing tension and stress in order to connect with your true self in an interested and compassionate way. Come along on Mondays, 7:45pm to 9pm.

Restorative Yoga with Daniel

Daniel’s restorative yoga class is perfect for anyone who wishes to relax deeply. It suits everyone but is especially helpful to those who are suffering chronic ill health, or in need of some restorative emotional support. The majority of postures are held using supports such as bolsters, blocks, straps, blankets and pillows. Come along on Tuesdays, 10:45am to 11:45am.

We also have Hatha Yoga with Nikki, Emily and Sam, Mindful Flow with Keira and Dynamic Flow with Sophia – to name but a few! We offer 4. 8 and 12 class passes, as well as monthly and annual membership.
