In today’s post, Dawn talks about finding internal peace and the importance of allowing ourselves to fully, honestly lean in to uncomfortable emotions. We naturally use coping mechanisms, perhaps yoga or meditation or something more material such as going shopping or taking a holiday, to ‘deal’ with negative emotions such as grief or anger. Although these practises can act as a container which helps us to manage our challenges, ultimately the best thing we can do for ourselves is surrender to the reality of what is and give ourselves the gift of feeling what is our truth fully and honestly.  Learn more from Dawn herself:
